Returns

30-Day Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

After this 30-day period has expired, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.



Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling

For hygiene-sensitive products, items must be properly cleaned before being returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.



Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Underwear
  • Lingerie
  • Opened or unsealed hygiene products
  • Personal care items


Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If approved:

  • We will provide a replacement free of charge
  • If the replacement also arrives defective, you may receive a full refund

Damage caused by personal use, misuse, negligence, or improper handling is not covered under this policy.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.



Refunds

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.



Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider or bank, as processing times may vary
  3. If the issue continues, contact us at support@mabellane.co.uk


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.



Return Address

Please do not send returns to the address shown on your package.

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.



Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment, making cancellation unavailable.
